The special recipe has been passed through three generations of the family, with 70 years of marinated sauce [ Lo Shui ], and the inner sediment has accumulated the experiences over the three directors of CHAN KAN KEE Chiu Chow Restaurant.

 

With this determination, the [ Lo Shui ] and the ingredients are blended together, and the sublimation creating a delicious and mellow taste which left such a great aftertaste to the customers.
